Terms of sale

1. Purpose and scope

These terms of sale govern product sales concluded on kthdistribution.com between KTH Distribution (operated by KATHRADA, RCS Saint-Denis de La Réunion, SIREN 945 067 361) and any consumer customer. Placing an order implies acceptance of these terms.

2. Products

Products are described as accurately as possible. Photographs are not contractually binding.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, excluding delivery costs (in US dollars for orders shipped to the United States). KTH Distribution reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the price in force at the time of the order.

4. Order and payment

Payment is made online at the time of the order, by card, PayPal or any other method offered at checkout, through secure payment providers (Stripe, PayPal). The order is final only after payment confirmation.

5. Delivery

Orders are shipped from our partner warehouses in Europe (or in the United States for orders shipped to the United States). Indicative delivery time: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery costs: €4.90 per order in Europe, $5.99 in the United States — free from 2 items. Areas served: metropolitan France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, the United States.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision. The product must be returned complete, unused and in its original packaging. Return costs are at your expense. The refund is issued within 14 days of recovery of the product. 7. Legal warranties

All our products benefit from the French legal warranty of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code, 2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

8. Liability

KTH Distribution cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products. Usage instructions must be followed.

9. Consumer mediation

In accordance with article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, customers may use a consumer mediator free of charge. European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
